Sound Advice started in 1974 and was a huge high-end big box store who dominated the Florida market for decades. it was purchased to Tweeter company in 2001 for around 150M. Tweeter ran them into the ground and closed all 94 stores. Long live Best Buy, there’s much less competition. Florida seems to have an ever growing amount of commercial lease spaces available. Who and a better question is when will these spaces be filled? As of April 21, 2009 no one has filed the empty real estate. Send a video response of your town’s empty space for lease. The banks are going to face a tough time with the never ending commercial real estate mortgages that are the verge of default.
